This market closes and resolves to “Yes” if NVIDIA’s market capitalization reaches or exceeds $5 trillion USD at any point during February 2026. Market capitalization is defined as the company’s share price multiplied by its total outstanding shares, as reported by a major U.S. exchange or widely recognized financial data provider. The market resolves to “No” if NVIDIA’s market capitalization does not reach $5 trillion USD at any time during February 2026. Resolution will be based on official market data and reporting from major financial news organizations.
