This market resolves to “Yes” if Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau publicly confirm that they become engaged at any point during calendar year 2026. An engagement is defined as a clear announcement or confirmation from either party or their representatives indicating an intent to marry. Rumors, tabloid speculation, or unconfirmed reports will not qualify. The market resolves to “No” if no such engagement is publicly confirmed by 23:59 UTC on December 31, 2026. Resolution will be based on direct statements or reporting from major, reputable news organizations.
