LCBO sells American alcohol before April 2026?

Rules

This market resolves to “Yes” if the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) resumes selling American-produced alcoholic beverages—including beer, wine, or spirits—at any point on or before March 31, 2026, whether in physical retail stores or through its official online store. For purposes of this market, “American alcohol” means products produced in the United States. The product must be available for retail purchase by the public; internal transfers, clearance of residual warehouse stock not offered for sale, or private wholesale-only transactions do not qualify. The market resolves to “No” if no American-produced alcoholic beverages are made available for retail sale by the LCBO by 23:59 EST on March 31, 2026. Resolution will be based on LCBO product listings, official LCBO communications, and reporting from major Canadian news organizations.
