This market resolves to “Yes” if the TPX (Toronto Prediction Exchange) reaches 1,000 registered users at any point during February 2026. “Registered users” means unique accounts created and active on the platform as counted by TPX’s official user statistics. Bots, duplicate accounts, or test accounts will not count unless included in TPX’s publicly confirmed user total. The market resolves to “No” if the total does not reach 1,000 by 23:59 EST on February 28, 2026. Resolution will be based on official user data published by TPX or confirmed by credible announcements from TPX administrators.
